Information we collect

When you submit the enquiry form, we may collect your name, mobile number, email address, profession, approximate quantity interest, selected investment theme, consent status, submission time and basic technical information required to operate and protect the form.

Please do not submit passwords, OTPs, payment-card information, unnecessary identity documents or sensitive financial information through the public enquiry form.

How we use enquiry information

• To respond to your request and understand your broad requirement.
• To contact you about relevant unlisted or pre-IPO opportunities and process steps.
• To maintain enquiry records, prevent spam and troubleshoot delivery issues.

We do not state that enquiry information will be sold to unrelated data brokers.

Service providers and transaction participants

The form currently uses Google Apps Script and Google Sheets to receive and organise enquiries. Information may also be shared with authorised personnel, service providers and relevant transaction participants when reasonably required to respond, verify, document or execute a requested process. Their handling may be governed by their own policies and applicable law.

We may disclose information where required by law, regulatory direction, dispute handling or protection against fraud and misuse.

Security

Reasonable technical and organisational safeguards are used, including encrypted website transport, restricted spreadsheet access and form validation. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Contact us immediately if you believe information has been misused.

Retention

Enquiry information is retained only for as long as reasonably needed to respond, maintain necessary business records, handle disputes and meet applicable obligations. Records that are no longer required should be deleted or anonymised where practical.

Your choices and corrections

You may ask us to correct inaccurate enquiry information, stop non-essential follow-up or request deletion where retention is not legally or operationally required. Send the request from the email address associated with the enquiry so we can verify it.
